4 week challenge: week 0 (start)

I will try and add my start progress picture later, but here are the rest of this weeks things.

 

Weight – 85.6kgs

 

Goals for the week:

  • Drink 2-3 liters of water per day
  • Go to bed by 10:00 every night
  • 100% on plan eating (and track everything here this week)
