Week end food

I’m not going to put ALL my food from the weekend here, just some thoughts.

This weekend was also only okay food wise, not great, but not a fail.

Good points:
– Did not over eat any meals
– Had good snacks
– Ate a lot of fruit and veggies

Not so good points:
– Ate out four meals (!) {some good, some not so good}
– Too much coffee and not enough water
